Grilled Salmon with Creamy Pesto

This dish features grilled salmon perfectly complements our homemade pumpkin seed pesto sauce that is sure to please. This fresh salmon is accompanied by a sides of hearty vegetable ratatouille with eggplant, zucchini and squash and herb roasted cauliflower. Salmon contains omega-3 fatty acids which may help lower risk of heart disease, depression and arthritis.
